Invitely is SaaS providing project and document management for Architects, Engineers and Contractors. As Director I manage multiple teams for this division and directly contribute to the ongoing product improvement and growth. Typical job functions include:

• Forward planning release windows and development cycles
• Managing risks and resolving issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality
• Regular reporting to executive team regarding release success and future planning
• conducting customer experience and usage research, user story collection and use case development
• QA Oversight

• Serving as direct sales liaison for product information

Acting as lead auditor and company security officer I led a team to achieve ISO 27001:2013 certification for the organization in 2017. Since achieving certification, we have focussed on continuous improvement. This project provided opportunities to study and implement risk identification and mitigation principles as well as further develop my project management and team coordination skills.
